Please click on the link below to complete online an application for registration to attend Avalon 2015 as a Trade Visitor between Tuesday 24 February and Friday 27 February.
Once your application has been submitted, you will be provided with an e-receipt, sent to your nominated email, that you will need to bring with you on the first day you arrive at Avalon 2015 event.
Please note that the e-receipt, when issued, does not itself gain you access to Avalon 2015
- a Trade Visitor badge is required for gate admission along with a Trade Visitor entry ticket*.
Your e-receipt will be scanned at the visitor registration desks located in the main entrance to the event and a trade visitor badge will be issued to you on confirmation of your accreditation. Your trade visitor badge will be valid from 24-26 February between 0900 and 1800 and between 0900 and 1400 on Friday 27 February.
To enter through the gates into the event, you must be wearing your Trade Visitor badge and you must also have with you a Ticketmaster Trade Visitor entry ticket*. Trade Visitor entry tickets can be pre-purchased online through the Ticketmaster website http://www.ticketmaster.com.au/event/13004D6DC8A5C6E1 or purchased onsite at the main entrance on the first day you attend the event. Trade Visitor entry tickets will cost AUD$60 per person per day.
*For Defence personnel, please present your Trade Visitor badge along with your Defence ID as you pass through the entry gates. A Ticketmaster Trade Visitor entry ticket is not required. For staff of Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin, Tiger Airways and regional airlines (which are members of the Regional Airlines Association of Australia), with current airline staff ID, you will be given complimentary trade visitor entry on Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 February only (there will be no complimentary entry offered on Friday 27 February). Please present your Trade Visitor badge along with your current airline staff ID as you pass through the entry gates. A Ticketmaster Trade Visitor entry ticket is not required.
Criteria for accreditation may include qualification as an industry executive, government official or defence professional. It may require evidence of government service or corporate/industry affiliation (such as Defence ID, applicable business card, association membership card, CASA license etc). Conditions of entry may also apply.
No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted to Avalon 2015 on 24, 25, 26 February and until after 2pm on 27 February and a dress code of appropriate business attire or applicable military uniform applies.
Official photographic identification (passport, driver's license, Defence ID etc.) is necessary and must be carried with you at all times while attending Avalon 2015.
Patrons using Trade Visitor entry tickets for entry on Friday 27 February are welcome to stay on for the night alight public show, but must have entered the site before 1400. Patrons accessing the site by car on Friday 27 February will also be charged a $10 per day car parking fee.

AVALON 2015 APP
Applicants for Trade Visitor registration may also access the Avalon 2015 App, you can view more information on the App here.
The Avalon 2015 App can be downloaded to your smartphone to browse exhibitors and easily find them on floor plans, view their products and offers and arrange meetings. You will also be able to see details of all conferences and associated functions and create your own schedule for events you would like to attend (which will be updated in your App in real time). The Avalon 2015 App will be available from early February from the iTunes and Google Play stores and the details on how to download and navigate the App will be emailed to you separately once the App is live.
Please note that some of the information (name, company and email) you provide within your Trade Visitor registration application will be utilised to create your profile within the Avalon 2015 App. You will also have the option to opt out of the Avalon 2015 App involvement via the online registration form below. Please note that if you opt out of App involvement, you will be unable to download or utilise the Avalon 2015 App.

Accredited Trade Visitors may also attend some of the complimentary conferences and forums held during the event. Follow the link below to see the full listing of conferences, seminars, workshops and symposia.
Numbers at the complimentary conferences and forums are limited and spaces are not guaranteed. Attendance is subject to availability and is on a first come, first served basis.
In relation to the International Aviation and Aerospace Industry Bilateral Roundtables, priority will be given to Trade Visitors from companies participating from the countries nominated.
