List of aircraft attending the event will be on our website as they are confirmed to us. Note: due to unforseen circumstances with weather, conflict around the world and aircraft breakdowns, the confirmed aircraft maybe delayed or not available.

Animals

No animals are permitted on site

Airshow Express - V/Line

V/Line ticket to Avalon during the Airshow will be available for purchase through V/Line

You will be able to pre-purchase your rail ticket as we get closer to the event.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - TRAIN
Public Transport Victoria are running additional services to help customers get to and from the Avalon Airshow 2017.

Trains will run from Southern Cross Station and Geelong Station to Lara Station.

A shuttle bus will transport customers from Lara Station directly to the Airshow site.

You can purchase an integrated ticket which will provide you with return travel, to and from the Airshow site (please note this ticket does not include entry to the Airshow).

To get your tickets is to simply select the Print at Home option.

In Person: at your local Ticketmaster outlet.

At the Gate: General admission tickets and Gold Passes (if available) can be purchased through Ticketmaster on the day.

Bus

There is not a direct bus to the Avalon Airport site. Patrons can utlise the Sita Bus Service from Southern Cross Station to the Avalon Airport Jetstar Terminal. A free shuttle bus runs from the Jetstar Terminal at Avalon to the Airshow main entrance. Further information on Sita Buses and the timetable is available www.sitacoaches.com.au

Camp Site
  • No Powered sites available.
  • Campsite open to Volunteers: TBC

  • No generators permitted due to fire risks.
  • Camping regulations apply.

Disabled
  • Disabled facilities available in both Site area and Gold Pass enclosure. 
  • Event specific Disabled car passes are not required.
  • Car park attendants will direct disabled patrons to the closest car park bays to entry gates. Disabled Car Parking for accredited state disabled permit pass holders only.
  • Disabled patrons DO NOT receive a discount on General Admission or Gold Pass tickets.
  • Holders of a Companion Card receive their ticket free.
