EXHIBITOR BUSINESS UNIT

Exhibitor Business Units are located in a designated precinct, the ideal environment to conduct business meetings. Internally, the standard Exhibitor Business Unit is a self-contained air-conditioned unit with flooring, carpet, lighting and power. Convenient individual entry is from the east with easy access from the exhibition pavilion.

Glass windows and doors lead onto a fully-fenced courtyard area with carpeted flooring and a flagpole.

Catering, furnishing and any internal fit-out is at the discretion of the exhibitor and an additional cost.

The internal area of each single business unit is 50sqm (10m x 5m) and the external area of each single exhibitor business units also 50sqm (10m x 5m). Multiple exhibitor business units are available.

Cost AUD $75,000 per single Exhibitor Business Unit


CORPORATE RECEPTION CHALET

Entertain up to 40 guests in absolute comfort, with the best seats and premium runway views, in your private Corporate Reception Chalet located in the corporate hospitality precinct. Internally, the standard corporate reception chalet is a self-contained air-conditioned unit with flooring, carpet, lighting and power.

Glass windows and doors lead onto a fully-fenced courtyard area with carpeted flooring and a flagpole. Catering, furnishing and any internal fitout is at the discretion of the exhibitor and an additional cost. The internal area of each single chalet unit is 50sqm (10m x 5m) and the external area of each single corporate reception chalet is also 50sqm (10m x 5m).

Multiple corporate reception chalets are available.

INDOOR EXHIBITION SPACE
(RAW SPACE)

Custom stands allow the exhibitor to design and build their stand to their own specifications. Flooring, lighting and electrical installations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Raw space (bare flooring) only is provided. Stand designs must be approved by the Organiser prior to the event.

(Two-storey stands may be permitted at the discretion of the Organiser and, if approved, will incur an additional charge of $700 per sqm for the upper level)

Cost Ground-floor space area AUD $1,190 per sqm


wall stands (shell scheme)

This option provides the exhibitor with a ready-built 9sqm (3m x 3m) shell scheme unit. It includes partitioned side and back melamine walls 2.5m high, fascia board with the company name facing the aisle, two spotlights, one 10amp power point and carpet. Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor's expense.

Cost AUD $10,950 per unit


EXTERNAL EXHIBITION PRECINCT

 

AIRCRAFT STATIC DISPLAY

External aircraft static display space is available for the presentation of aircraft on static display at the Australian International Air Show.

Charges are based on aircraft empty weight.

  • Up to 1/2 tonne AUD $990
  • 1/2 to 3 tonnes AUD $1,650
  • 3 to 10 tonnes AUD $3,300
  • 10 to 25 tonnes AUD $6,600
  • 25 to 60 tonnes AUD $9,900
  • Over 60 tonnes AUD $16,500

Depending on site conditions, aircraft static displays may, at the discretion of the Organiser, be supplemented by external exhibition structures at an additional cost. Exhibitor-supplied-structures are not permitted except with the prior consent of the Organiser.


DISPLAY GAZEBO

Located within a General Aviation precinct, display gazebos are free standing structures sold in conjunction with static displays. Each gazebo is a 3m x 3m = 9sqm tented structure with carpet finished flooring.

DISPLAY CUBE

Solid walled, roof, vinyl floored unit with internal dimension of 5.8m x 2.2m

  • Glass Frontage with sliding lockable glass door
  • Company sign 600 x 600mm
  • Standard electrical connection included for lighting, power and single air conditioning unit (by generator)
  • Flag Poles available at additional cost
  • Static display area available for purchase adjacent to your Display Qube (additional cost)

No upgrade opportunities on this product - fencing, decking, gardens etc not permitted

DISPLAY UNIT (Shared Display Duplex)

Each Display Unit comprises a 5m x 5m solid cassette walled tent (on 3.2m leg height) with white PVC roofing timber flooring and a dividing solid panel internal wall.

  • Glass frontage with single locking glass door and glass panels on either side
  • Company sign 600 x 600mm
  • These units have no fit out included and design/installation/dismantle is at the discretion of the exhibitor, at their expense and subject to the approval of the organisers.
  • Display Units must be booked in conjunction with free standing exhibit(s) or static display(s) - charges applicable and available adjacent to the Display Unit
  • Electrical Power included for 1 x standard light and 2 x 10amp power outlets only.
  • Power upgrade available at additional cost.
  • Air conditioning and mandatory power upgrade available at additional cost.

Optional Upgrades permitted (additional cost) - subject to approval by the Organisers

Cost AUD $17,500 per unit


DISPLAY STUDIO

Each Display Studio comprises a 10m x 5m solid cassette walled tent (on 3.2m leg height) with white PVC roofing and timber flooring.

  • Glass frontage with double locking glass door and glass panels on either side
  • Company sign 600 x 600mm
  • These units have no fit out included and design/installation/dismantle is at the discretion of the exhibitor, at their expense and subject to the approval of the organisers.
  • Display Studio’s must be booked in conjunction with free standing exhibit(s) or static display(s) – charges applicable and available adjacent to the Display Studio
  • Electrical Power included for 2 x standard light and 2 x 10amp power outlets only.
  • Power upgrade available at additional cost.
  • Air conditioning and mandatory power upgrade available at additional cost.

Optional Upgrades permitted (additional cost) - subject to approval by the Organisers

Cost AUD $29,500 per studio
