Every two years the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition becomes the focus of local, national and international attention. The event attracts a total attendance in the order of 170,000 across the six days, including exhibitors from the international aerospace industry and government, commercial aviation, military, scientific and trade delegates.

MASS MEDIA EXPOSURE

AVALON 2017 will receive extensive coverage on television, radio and in the print media. AVALON 2015 attracted 600 accredited media representatives from 18 countries.

Sponsorship is your opportunity to be linked to the event in a tangible way and your chance to identify and seek out the media most pertinent to you and your organisation. Our friendly Media Centre staff will happily facilitate the introductions.

From media releases, to press kits, we aim to promote your association with the event at every possible opportunity.

Depending on the level of sponsorship and your specific requirements, benefits can include some, or all, of the following:

  • Rights to use the Event Logo, Event Graphics and AVALON 2017 Imagery in your own corporate advertising, publicity and publications
  • Inclusion of your company name and logo in AVALON 2017 promotional and advertising collateral
  • Your company name and logo at official entrances, booths and other facilities

CONFERENCE PRECINCT
AUD $50,000

Sponsorship of the Conference Precinct will put your company name, logo and signage before thousands of conference delegates and visitors.

AVALON 2017 provides a number of conference rooms in a precinct adjacent to the Exhibition Pavilion. Sponsor signage will be prominently displayed throughout the conference precinct which is positioned on the main thoroughfare from the front entrance.

This is an excellent opportunity to connect with a key target audience.

GOLD PASS ENCLOSURE

The Gold Pass enclosure has reserved grandstand seating with great views of the flying action and is a premier location for brand awareness. Sponsorship of the Gold Pass enclosure is a golden opportunity to promote your business to ten thousand gold pass holders across the three public days of the event.

DELEGATIONS LOUNGE
AUD $30,000

The Delegations Lounge will be located in a prime position within the exhibition precinct. It is a meeting and rest stop where the most influential visitors to AVALON 2017 will gather throughout the event. Ensure your company’s branding is seen by the decision-makers attending AVALON 2017.

The Delegations Lounge sponsor receives signage strategically placed on the Delegations Lounge announcing the area is being "Sponsored By" the sponsoring company together with an accompanying full-colour logo.

MEDIA CENTRE
AUD $30,000

Establish a high profile presence at AVALON 2017 by sponsoring the Media Centre. AVALON 2015 attracted more than 600 accredited journalists, photographers and news gatherers from 18 countries.

The Media Centre is air conditioned, fully furnished and provides journalists with the perfect environment in which to prepare reports, edit copy and network with other journalists. The Media Centre sponsor receives signage strategically placed on the Media Centre announcing the area is being "Sponsored By" the sponsoring company together with an accompanying full-colour logo.

LANYARDS

What better way to make an impression than to have your company logo on the lanyards worn daily by exhibitors and trade visitors.

This highly visible branding opportunity is one of the most sought after sponsorship packages available at the event.

Company logo must be reverse white to be displayed on a generic blue lanyard. No other logo will be on the lanyard other than AVALON 2017.

EXHIBITION PAVILION CAFE
AUD $20,000

Positioned in high traffic areas within the Exhibition Pavilion, these two cafes become meeting points for exhibitors and visitors alike. Sponsoring the Exhibition Pavilion Cafes will ensure your company branding is seen by a cross-section of AVALON 2017 visitors. (The Exhibition Café sponsor may also have the opportunity to brand the cafes’ take-away coffee cups at additional cost – subject to availability.)

VIP CAR PARK & DROP OFF POINT

Many high profile visitors are transported to the event via vehicles that deliver them to the VIP Car Park - a perfect branding opportunity directed at the high end of the visitor market.

Drive your business further with a sponsorship package of the VIP Car Park.

With high exposure you will gain access to a captured audience across the trade and public days.

ONSITE VIP GOLF CARTS
AUD $18,000

These golf carts will be used by VIPs and Official Guests to get to and from the front entrance, Exhibitor Business Units and Corporate Reception Chalets.

Operating during the six days of the event this sponsorship is an ideal way to get your company logo in front of the event's most influential visitors.

The sponsor’s branding will be prominently displayed on a maximum of 6 golf carts.

“YOU ARE HERE” SIGNS
AUD $20,000

Situated at strategic locations throughout the event site, these “You Are Here” boards are utilised daily by both trade and public visitors to AVALON 2017.

Visitors will refer to the “You Are Here” boards throughout the event giving your company a high level of exposure.

Sponsorship of these boards offers premium display of your company branding at each board location. Tell your potential customers that “You Are Here”.

Outboor Barriers

Exhibit your brand to thousands of Exhibitors, Visitors and Delegates as they walk through the AVALON 2017 site.

Measuring 1800mm x 600mm, these café-style barriers will promote your company at strategic locations around the event.
