As part of AVALON 2017, trade visitors, conference delegates and exhibitors will have access to the AVALON 2017 App, designed to enhance networking opportunities and help gain the most out of the event experience.

The AVALON 2017 App contains up-to-date event information including floor plans, stand locations, exhibitor profiles, sponsor profiles and the AVALON 2017 trade directory as well as conference and associated function schedules with a personalised timetable function (which will be updated in your App in real time).

Exhibiting companies will be listed in the App as part of an online trade directory with company information and contact details available to exhibitors and trade visitors at the touch of a button.

Exhibitors will have the choice to display not only their company's details but to also add the contact details of nominated event staff for networking throughout AVALON 2017.

Trade Visitors at AVALON 2017 will also be given the option to access the App making it simple for them to find and contact exhibiting companies and sponsors, discover the location of stands and displays, review conference timetables and personalise their event timetable as well as approach exhibitors for meetings (if they have enabled that function).

The AVALON 2017 App will be available as a free download for smartphone users from mid-February 2017 via the iTunes and Google Play stores. Details on how to access and download the app will be emailed to all registered visitors and exhibitors.
