Standard Registration $295.00 (inclusive of GST)
Space Industry Association of Australia (SIAA) Member* $245.00 (inclusive of GST)

(*member discount entitlement will be applied during the registration process)

 

ENTITLEMENTS

Your registration fee entitles you to the following:

  • All Australian Space Industry Conference 2019 sessions held in the Clarendon Auditorium, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Monday 25 February 2019, and in the Conference Centre at the Australian International Aerospace and Defence Exposition, Avalon Airport, on Tuesday 26 February 2019
  • Arrival tea and coffee, and morning and afternoon teas on Monday 25 February 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
  • Lunch on Monday 25 February 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
  • Access to the networking function provided on Monday 25 February 2019 in the Clarendon Auditorium Foyer at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
  • Free entry to the Australian International Aerospace and Defence Exposition 2019, Avalon Airport from Tuesday 26 to Thursday 28 February 2019 inclusive.


Please Note:

Catering is not included in your registration during the conference at the Australian International Aerospace and Defence Exposition 2019 on Tuesday 26 February 2019. Refreshments will be available for purchase at cafes conveniently located throughout the Exposition.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS PAYABLE.

Your registration may be transferred to other personnel; however, the Conference Organisers must be notified via email at siaa@amda.com.au

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

As a condition of entry to the Australian Space Industry Conference 2019 and Australian International Aerospace and Defence Exposition 2019 you may be photographed, recorded or filmed at the event by official photographers or broadcasters and these images or recordings may be used for official broadcast or promotional purposes by the media and conference organisers.

STEP ONE

Complete and submit the online Trade Visitor and conference registration application (by clicking the REGISTER HERE button below). Please follow and complete all steps until you reach the Paid Conference Selection page.

STEP TWO

On the Paid Conference Selection page, you will have the option to select the Australian Space Industry Conference 2019 and to purchase a ticket.

Once your registration is complete you will receive your e-receipt and tax invoice to your nominated email address.

STEP THREE

Bring your e-receipt (barcode) and photo ID with you to the Australian Space Industry Conference 2019 Registration Desk located in the Clarendon Auditorium Foyer (Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre) on Monday 25 February 2019 to receive your badge.

This badge will be valid for entry to the conference sessions and entry to the Australian International Aerospace and Defence Exposition 2019 from Tuesday 26 to Thursday 28 February 2019 inclusive.
