Corporate Chalets provide a professional and secure environment for business and corporate hospitality.
Corporate Chalets are located in a designated precinct with premium runway views, access to tarmac aircraft static displays and only a short walk from the industry exhibition halls.
Aircraft flying displays are scheduled on the Trade and Industry days of the event (Tuesday 28 February – Friday 3 March) to be the ultimate backdrop for lunchtime and end of day hospitality but allow meetings and business to take place without disruption. Then over the weekend, treat your guests to a first-class Australian International Airshow experience with front row views of the spectacular flying display in the comfort of your Chalet's own courtyard.
Raw Space allows the exhibitor to design and build their stand to their own specifications. Power connection, lighting and electrical installations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Raw space (bare flooring) only is provided. Stand designs must be approved by the Organiser prior to the event.

This option provides the exhibitor with a ready-built 9sqm (3m x 3m) shell scheme unit.
It includes partitioned side and back melamine walls, fascia board with the company name facing the aisle as well as standard carpet. Shell Scheme Stands will be equipped with two spotlights and one 10 amp, 240 volt power point. Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor's expense.
Shell Scheme Stands will be allocated on the basis of a minimum of one per Exhibitor, and an Exhibitor can apply for more than one Shell Scheme Stand.
On multiple units, the inner partitions will be omitted. On end stands, the outer partition will be fitted only if requested by the Exhibitor.
Approval from the Organiser is required for alteration, addition or customisation to Shell Scheme Stands.

Showcase Pods are available in units of 2.5m x 1.5m (3.75 square metres).
All Showcase Pods include standard colour carpet, back and side walls, counter with lockable cupboard, two stools, brochure stand, lighting, one 10 amp power outlet and a fascia displaying the exhibiting company name.
Showcase Pods will be restricted to one per Exhibitor and allocated on receipt of order form.
No alteration, addition or customisation may be undertaken to Showcase Pods.

External exhibition space gives your organisation a flexible way to display aircraft, vehicles or technology alongside a turnkey or custom structure to host staff and clients in comfort.
Discuss with our team the best way to display your aircraft at Avalon 2025 with a range of options available including on tarmac or grass, adjacent to a structure or within the exhibition precinct. Pricing is based on aircraft empty weight.
